Patch – 3 year old male Jack Russell Terrier

Patch is a three year old jack Russell who came into rescue after his owners moved into rented accommodation and could not keep him. Patch is used to living in a home without another dog, and although he mixes well with dogs out and about. He would prefer to be the only dog in the house. We are told that Patch is housetrained and used to being left for approximately 5 hours each day. Patch is a sweet and affectionate boy who is wondering why he is in kennels without a home to call his own!

He will need a home without cats and can live with children aged 8 plus Patch is really missing his family and would love someone to love. Can you be the home he is waiting for? He is very low maintenance and would suit a family or a home with older people.

Stig – 11 year old male Jack Russell Terrier

Stig is an 11 year old male Jack Russell Terrier. He has visual problems and this makes him slightly grumpy at times. Despite his age, he is a typical terrier and we think he may have been used as a working dog in the past so not to be rehomed with small furries. This poor boy must have a had a terrible life and he now needs a quiet, patient retirement home. When he first came to us he was in terrible condition and had a big growth on his face, we have had this removed by our vets and he has recovered really well. Please consider offering Stig a home.

Molly – 2 year old female Jack Russell Terrier

Homing Requirements: Molly needs a family around her who will be focused on her needs which will involve a good exercise regime and an inclusive lifestyle. Molly needs a terrier proof garden and front door security but will ‘stay’ when commanded. Molly could be a first terrier owners friend! Could live with another dog and possibly a dog friendly aware cat. Molly welcomes children in her life.

Her Story: Molly was found stray in late pregnancy. She came into foster, producing 3 pups on her first day. Molly is currently living with a Shepherd cross male and her remaining last pup who goes to his home in Mid April. Molly is spayed, fully vax’d and chipped. Molly is fostered in Lindford, Surrey

Advert: Molly is a classic Jack. She is inquisitive but relaxed in a home setting with coming and goings and young children. She mixes well with dogs of all ages and sizes outside and inside of the home, can be initially abrupt but immediately settles and is playful. She is ‘alive’ out on her walks on an extender and with attention could become off-lead but ideally after a training course for her and her commander! Housetrained and travels well in a car.

Molly is around 18 months old; a super mum in her aloof terrier way! She now is facing her future which is all about her and her needs. She is in excellent health, bright intelligence and would love to live with children and/or another dog but is happy to consider all applicants! Such an affectionate terrier who is ever happy to chill out indoors when she isn’t sunbathing in the garden!

Please visit Molly’s thread on our forum: http://rescueremedies.myfastforum.org/sutra80348.php#80348 to find out if she is still available and for fuller details.

Pippa – 10 year old female Jack Russell Terrier

Pippa is a 10 year old spayed female small framed Jack Russell Terrier who was no longer wanted by her previous owners. Pippa is a loving old girl who is looking for a retirement home where she can cuddle up with someone on a nice warm sofa.

She is great with people and is ok when out and about with other dogs but would prefer to be the only dog in the home. She would prefer to live in an adult only home or teenagers as this older gal would prefer to enjoy her retirement quietly! We would prefer to rehome her with someone who has experience of small Terriers.

We require a donation of your choice for Pippa but more than anything a forever home!

Could you give this gorgeous girl the forever home she deserves?
