Charlie – 13 month old male Pointer cross Setter

This is Charlie, he is a 13month Pointer cross Setter, he is great with my female dog, I have a 2yr old and he doesn’t take any notice of her, and has been around plenty of children and just ignores them.

He sleeps in the kitchen all night without crying or trying to escape. if things get to noisy for him he just goes to his bed and goes to sleep, he loves being brushed and loves his treats. He doesn’t pull on the lead but is a bit dopey and gets tangled up in it sometimes, if u want any more info plz contact me, he really is a lovely big softy cross.

Duggy and Kenny – 6-7 month old male Labrador cross Pointers

These handsome young brothers are Duggy & Kenny. Ideally, we would love them to be home together but so far, they have allowed us to separate kennel them albeit next door and have been exercised individually successfully. We would suggest experienced dogs owner(s) for these two likely lads as they are naturally boisterous and will need training by a practiced hand.

Duggy

They both have even and tender characters, responding to your touch and relishing a thorough fuss and cuddle whenever it’s offered. Together, trotting along happily together they are a heart-warming sight as they walk well but also enjoy the freedom of being off lead with their toys in our enclosed area where they frolic and leap without seeming to tire.

Kenny

They are both similar in temperaments being naturally inquisitive and always eager to hold your attention. Duggy and Kenny are people and canine loving boys who are just good fun to be with and who always bestow affectionate greetings. All they ask is for a decent start in life where they can be shown the ropes to grow into the faithful companions that they are so longing to be; situated South East England, Herts

This is Kiera she is a pointer cross. She is just adorable, clean, fantastic on and offlead, needs urgent diet, 4 years old, neutered, amazing with kids her only fault is she doesnt want to share her home with another female although great outside the house with other females.

Sailor is a male Pointer cross of about 2 to 5 years of age. Sailor came into our care very underweight, he is slowly gaining weight and will need to continue with his several small meals a day in his new home to continue this. This poor boy would love to be in a home, what he has been through before coming into our care we can only imagine, he must dream of a loving home where he gets looked after like he should be. Sailor enjoys his walks, he is a medium sized boy and gets on well with his female canine kennel mate. Can you offer Sailor the loving new home he so deserves.

Kacey is a 3 and a half year old. Kacey is very sadly looking for a new home due to her owners being posted abroad with work and they were unable to take her. Kacey has been a very much loved member of the family and has a lovely personality.

Kacey is used to being left for a few hours a day, she is house-trained, loves her walks and palytimes. She is friendly with other dogs but would chase cats. She has had no experience of young children so we wouldn’t rehome where there are young ones but she would be very happy with older children to play ball with.

Honey – 3-4 year old female Pointer Cross Harrier Hound

Honey is a 3 to 4 year old Harrier Hound/Pointer Cross who came into rescue after her previous owners divorce. Honey is a calm and gentle girl who loves people. She is a typical hound with zero recall as she is too interested in scents, so an experienced hound home would be ideal.

Honey is submissive with other dogs and would be fine to live alone or with other dogs, though not cats. Children aged 14 years and over as she has not lived with young children before. Honey has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and de flead. She could use some lead training as she does pull!

Honey is a real sweetheart who would love a home to call her own. Could you offer honey a place in your heart and your home?

Pluto – 3-4 year old male Pointer cross Lurcher

Pluto is a very handsome black & white male pointer cross lurcher. His estimated date of birth is 2006/2007 as he came to us as a stray we have no previous history on him. As Pluto is a stray, the family who take him on will need to be ready that bit more & appreciate he may have some initial difficulties in the home environment as we are unsure as whether he has ever lived in a home. Pluto is sociable with most other dogs, but would prefer to be the only dog in the household.

The types of dog we’ve found him to get on better with are nice calm, well behaved dogs of a similar breed to Pluto so they can have a bit of a sprint together. Once you have a good bond with him he is very loyal. Pluto would really benefit from attending training classes, & is doing really well with learning the basics of agility!

Ringo – 18 month old male Pointer cross Ibizan Hound (Podenco)

Ringo is a 18 month old neutered male Pointer cross Ibizan Hound (Podenco). He was from rescued from Spain and was brought into UK on his own pet passport. He is a lovely, affectionate, lively boy, very receptive to training, sits well and responds to commands.

He loves his walks and is very eager! He is good with other dogs and travels well in the car. He is untested with cats but this can be arranged.
