Rolo is a gorgeous 9 month old Shar Pei cross puppy. He has a wonderful soft temperament and is good with other dogs. He is only approximately 14″ tall and will not grow much bigger.

Sarah is a 3 year old, female Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Shar-Pei, who came to the Mayhew as a stray. She has clearly been used for breeding in the past. She is an extremely affectionate, cuddle-hungry lapdog, who adores everyone she meets and makes little woo woo noises of delight and tries to talk to you. She has already become a firm favourite at the Home.
Sarah is fully toilet-trained, walks well on her lead, travels well in the car, and can be left alone for a few hours per day without any problems. She loves her soft toys, which she will bring to you when she greets you. We would be happy to home her with sensible teenagers.
Sarah loves people but has a great disliking for other dogs. This is only a problem when she is approached by other dogs, as she never bothers other dogs herself. But care will need to be taken if there are other dogs around and she will need to wear a muzzle and longline if there is a risk of their giving her unwanted attention. She will need at least one hour of off-lead exercise daily.
Sarah is a sweetheart, looking for a loving home, where she will return the love she receives in spades. Her new guardians will be taking on a twelve year commitment, which must not be taken lightly.

Gerry is a Labrador cross Shar-Pei aged approximately 2 years old, he is very playful and loves his toys, however this can lead to slight problems as he doesn’t like giving his toys up to just anyone and also doesn’t distinguish a toy as just a rubber squeaky - it can also be the T.V. remote.
We are looking for a home for Gerry with no young children and also the family need to be experienced dog owners as we feel that Gerry would possibly over whelm a family who have never kept a dog before.

Max
Max is a 5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Shar Pei. He is a very shy dog, but when he gets to know you he is loving and gentle. He needs a home with adults only, a mature couple or person would suit him best. He loves to go for long walks in the country. He loves travelling in a car and gets on okay with other dogs when out on a walk.
Benji
Benji is a 3 years old Shar-Pei cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier. He is a bright and entusiastic young lad with lots of energy. He can get over excited at times, however he does learn very quickly.
He is deaf so he is looking for experienced owners who are willing to put alot of time and effort into his training and are up for a challange with him. He needs to be the only dog in the home so the attention is placed on him.
He needs to live in a house with a very secure garden as he is very clever at finding all the holes and escaping.
