Ellie – 3-4 year old female Cross-Breed

Ellie is a 3-4 year old red coloured cross-breed girl. She was found tied to a tree – in what turned out to be early stages of pregnancy. She was spayed and one tiny foetus was found. We agreed to find her forever home. Ellie is now in foster in Bracknell. She is a young adoring female who is with good people and dogs skills. A little opportunist with food bins! Learning not to “leap and greet”. Learning to gauge her enthusiasm with other dogs whilst off lead.

Ellie is our GOLDEN GIRL. She is young and arrived into our care full of cares. She worried in kennels until her fosterers came to her aid and offered her a platform to prepare for her true family. She hasn’t let them or herself down and has proved herself great with all ages of people and dogs. She is fun and she is a dog who truly laughs alot!

Ellie loves life. She loves her food and her cuddles and relaxes with you; concentrates with you; runs with you and yet copes when left. She is truly remarkable and will make a fabulous family dog providing she learns to gear her energy and enthusiasm because she is young and full of life! She may need you to help her in this dept. to retain her feet on the floor when she tells you she loves you!

Tai – 6-8 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross

Tai is an absolute sweetheart – she is a 6-8 year old spayed Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross female who came to us from a pound in the South East of England. She was at risk of being put to sleep as she had run out of time at the pound. Tai is very well mannered and well trained.

She knows all her commands, she is very loving and affectionate and is very fond of cuddles and belly rubs! She loves to play with toys and although she is quiet and calm in the home, she doesn’t act her age when she plays. She is excellent in the car, great with children and great with cats and has lived with kittens. She is fine with other dogs, but she does show a slight tendency towards dominance in the way she plays with other dogs, but she has shown no aggression.

Tai is a wonderful and wise older lady who is looking for a loving permanent home. She will make someone a wonderful companion and friend.

Poor Tai is being overlooked and still hasn’t found her forever home. She was abandoned at the pound over Christmas. This lovely girl has so much love to give, please consider her.

Hanson – 3 year old male Cross-Breed

Hanson is a medium-large Cross-Breed who is approx 3 years old. He is fun loving and affectionate and cant wait to find his forever home.

Here’s what his previous owner said about Hanson: “He is a lovely dog and likes adults particularly women. He was always by my side and let me know if anyone had come through the garden gate or to the door. He played happily will all the children that came. He loves to play frisbee or ball and to go for walks. He has been to training classes and will sit, lay and stay. He walks quite well now on a lead but is very obedient off the lead. He loves to play in and out of water. He will run along at the side of you when out cycling or walking quite happily. He prefers dog biscuits but will eat anything. He is more used to dog treats now but I don’t think he had ever tried anything like that before.”

He would be perfect for a couple or single person. An all adult house would be best for Hanson.

Billy – 13 year old male Cross-Breed

Billy is a gorgeous 13 year old cross-breed boy who is in the care of an Oldies Club foster home in Reading, Berkshire. Billy’s foster family tell us that he settled in after only a couple of days and he’s proving to be a very easy going boy who is a pleasure to foster. He’s happy to be left for reasonable periods of time without any problems and he’s also good around other dogs. We think he’d be happy living with another dog in his new home, but his cat status isn’t yet known.

Billy has met his foster family’s grandchildren and seems to enjoy being in their company, but as his favourite pastime is sleeping, we’d like him to find a quiet and comfortable retirement home. Billy enjoys short walks and he’s good on the lead. He’s also a very good traveller and will happily settle down on car journeys.

This undemanding and obedient boy just wants a nice loving home where he’ll get plenty of love and care. He’ll be a delightful companion for an older couple or a family with older children.

Billy is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has been flea and worm treated. Apart from some slight stiffness in his joints, he’s in good health.

Kelly – 8 year old male Cross-Breed

Kelly is an 8 year old cross breed. He was originally rehomed by us as a pup but sadly has now been brought back in because his owner had passed away. He is good with other dogs and loves people. He has been spoilt by his last owner so is quite tubby at the moment, but with a good diet and regular exercise he is slowly losing weight.

He loves to play and does not let his weight problem get in the way of a good game of fetch. Kelly would love a family of his own where he can enjoy life for many years to come. Kelly is neutered, fully vaccinated, de-flead, wormed and microchipped.
