Cesar is 3 years old welsh collie male. This handsome unwanted farm dog is very sweet natured, poor chap cowers quite a bit , ,he is good with other dogs, indifferent to cats as far as we can make out BUT must go to area where no sheep as he will definitely cause problems chasing them.
