Chino
Chino is a 4 year old female Japanese Akita who is up to date on all boosters etc. She lives with 2 children and a cat with no problems at all, even allowing the cat to eat from her food dish (though we do believe that she would need time to get used to any new cats).
Her first owner could not afford to keep her so she found herslf in kennels, before she was adopted by the family who have her now. The family are due to re-locate and are devastated to find they will have to give her up because of this as they truly want to keep her.
Chino – like many Akitas – does not get along with other dogs although she loves the house cat. She will be coming into foster very soon as she is too sweet to be put into kennels. Her picture is not the best so we will be trying to get a better one of her soon.
