Cleo – 4 year old female Cross-Breed

Cleo is a large, tan and white four year old crossbreed who would love to charm you with her beauty and winning ways. Can you offer our queen of hearts a permanent and loving home? She loves to play and she enjoys relaxing with a good belly rub. She will sit and give you a paw on command. She is a very pleasant dog who gets on well with people but due to her size and bubbly nature, we’d advise that if her new home has children that they are over the age of thirteen. In terms of her interaction with other animals, Cleo seems fine with other dogs but she can be a bit of rough player and excitable on occasions so she needs controlled greetings and initially carefully monitored play. Due to her size, Cleo would be better suited to a home without small animals or cats.

Cleo responds well to training and she likes her exercise. She will need a minimum of two to three periods of thirty minute walks. We believe that she would also be happy to run or jog along side her owner in addition to standard walking. Cleo was in good condition when she came into our centre and she has no known health problems, apart from a sensitive stomach which may have been due to a possible food intolerance or change in environment, but for which we have now found a suitable food. Cleo would benefit from an active home, possibly a family home with older children and she responds well to training. She is a sweet girl who can be a bit on the quiet side until you get to know her but she likes to be around people and she likes having cuddles with people she knows.

Can you give Cleo the permanent, loving home that she deserves? She’d love to be your queen of hearts.
