Cliff, with his chutney cheerful colouring, never gets himself in a pickle. He is a steady softy who adores human company and affection and he likes nothing better than to roll on his back to have his tummy tickled. Cliff is a calm, gorgeous brindle and white Staffordshire cross who about three and a half years old. He loves to learn new things, he would make an all-round good pet and he is fantastic with people. This chunky chap, who has fast become a favourite with RSPCA Sheffield Branch staff, is very much looking forward to becoming part of a real family that do a lot together and who can give him the attention he needs. He craves the chance to give love and he is desperate to start a new doggy life with new owners. Packed full of personality, he would make an extremely loving pet and he would be a rewarding addition to the right family or person.
Although he loves everybody he meets, Cliff would be best as an only pet. He will happily walk without fuss around and past other dogs when instructed but he loves to be the centre of attention and he bonds closely with people. Cliff is an energetic lad and so he will need at least two lots of forty-five minute walks a day – preferably more. New owners should be willing to continuing the basic training started at the Centre and which is necessary for any dog joining a new home. We feel that Cliff would particularly benefit from having owners who are at home quite a bit but still active, as he likes his exercise and to get out and about. As Cliff can on occasion be a bouncy boy, if his new owners have children, children over the age of eight would be preferable.
Cliff would make a very desirable doggy addition to the right family he is a gentle-natured, chunky chap and a real people-pleaser. We can’t wait to see him re-homed where he can lap up lots of love and attention. He has so much to give and we would be delighted to hear from anyone who believes they can offer this beautiful boy a good home.
