Dahlia is a 3-4 year old female Cross-Breed. I met this lovely girl while over in Spain she has been kept safe by a lovely family that run a boarding kennels for rescue dogs and have many of their own dogs they have saved. Dahlia is one of these she has never had a home ever and has always been overlooked as always younger and more prettier puppies are available.
She lives in a large kennel with other dogs but after spending time with her and her foster family bringing her up to where the rescue we work with runs the stall to raise money every Friday we think she deserves a chance of happiness as she seems such a lovely girl.
We have taken various videos below, what is putting people off is she has had a couple of fits. It’s one every few months and she is not on medication but if someone is interested I think we will explore this further so at least a potential adopter will have more information.
She came out with her friend Laura and really we could not fault both of them they even came to restaurant and had lunch with us.
I think the best home for this lovely girl would be an experienced home not sure she will be too complicated after meeting her and seeing her in different situations but she will need gently guiding into having the life we want for every dog but a lot like her get overlooked.
She is spayed, vaccinated, chipped and will have her own Pet Passport – if you feel you could be the right home for this lovely girl please email us for our questionnaire.
