Danni and Bruce – 4 year old female German Shepherd cross Husky and 2 month old male Cross-Breed

Please meet Danni and her pup Bruce. Danni is a petite German shepherd cross Husky, we have no idea as to the sire of Bruce. Danni arrived with SEDR starved and emaciated and shocked us all shortly after by giving birth to 5 pups. Danni has been an amazing mum and reared all 5 pups – and was prepared to sacrifice her own life to save that of her babies by continuing to feed them despite being a skeleton herself. The siblings have all found perfect homes and we want to give Danni the opportunity to have a lifelong bond with one of her babies. It’s the least she deserves after being a great mum. Bruce was born on the 16/2/17.

Danni is approximately 4 years old and loves people of all ages. She loves nothing more than a cuddle with anyone who is willing! She cannot live with cats or small furries. Danni and Bruce are in a foster home in Kent. Danni does not appear to be keen on other dogs in her space so will need a home committed to helping her socialisation. She is probably overwhelmed by all she has been through and with love, patience and positive reinforcement training, we would hope she can learn to interact with other dogs.

Bruce is mixing well with other dogs and he will also need to continue to be well socialised. He is a puppy and so will need a home committed to all that having a puppy entails! Danni will be neutered before leaving for her forever home and will be fully vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and deflead. Bruce will be fully vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and deflead and will need to be neutered at an appropriate age.
