Denzel – 1-2 year old male Lurcher
Denzel is a 1 1/2 – 2 year old male Lurcher. I’d guess mainly Collie cross Greyhound. He is very lucky because he was literally just about to be put to sleep as a stray when a vet nurse thought to ring and ask if we’d take him in. Obviously I said yes, and here he is, a happy bouncy young Lurcher without a care in the world, not knowing how different things could have been.
Sadly he doesn’t take a very good piccie, being a black dog but he IS a happy little chap. He’s not very big – about 24-15 inches. He’s now been vaccinated and neutered and microchipped and is actively looking for a family of his own.
He probably isn’t cat friendly as he has a few scratches on his nose but he’s fine with other dogs and wants to play with everyone! I think he might be a little too boisterous for very small kids, but he’d be fine with 5+. He’s okay to be left for short periods but gets a bit vocal if left alone for too long.
