Didi is a 5 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier. I first met Didi just over a year ago at a kennels when we were assessing dogs not with the rescue we work with but I remembered well as she was so lovely, friendly and happy. When I found out she had been waiting 4 years since being rescued from a pound in Spain I asked if we could maybe help plight and share her story and help find her a home. While here in Spain we took Diddi out to assess her further in different situations to see how she was and coped.
Away from where she knows you could tell she was scared, not very confident and out of her comfort zone but not surprising really after being in kennels for so long. She coped well and was very sweet natured, meeting people, new dogs etc and apart from being not sure she was just a little sweetie. Hope somebody see’s her video seeing in her what I did and story and fall in love with her like I did.
As you can see from the videos she is a very sweet dog but found it very overwhelming being out and about – but never snappy or growly – feel so sorry for her as she obviously has such a lovely temperament. She is going to suit just like our other long term dogs we look for homes, I think a home as only dog so you can concentrate just on her and her on getting more confident – she has shown no signs of any aggression with other dogs or people, we did meet a cat when we were out and she seem very keen so no cats.
Diddi is spayed, vaccinated and has her own Pet Passport if you feel you could be the right home for her please email us for our questionnaire in the first instance.
