What can we say about Dingo? This very special boy is ready for adoption. Dingo (also known as Baloo) came to our attention when he popped up in a post on our news feed from a rescuer begging for someone to help find him a home. Dingo had been in cold, lonely shelter for three long years, watching other dogs and go, and never being picked himself. We said straightaway that we would take him and when he arrived we expected an unsocialised, scared and maybe even fear aggressive dog. What we got was a gorgeous lump of love who greeted me with a big bear hug! He has had other dogs come and go in foster and he has been great with them all, as he is with all dogs he meets on his walks. He hasn’t been around young children and for this reason we would like him to go with older children, even though we have no reason to believe he would be anything but an absolute gentleman with them.
Dingo is used to a quiet, calm home and this is something we would like for him as a forever home. He does still need some work on the lead (pulling) but this is so easily fixed and we are on hand to help and advise should you need us.
