Dottie – 6 year old female Jack Russell Terrier

Dottie is approx 6 years old and is a female Jack Russell Terrier. Dottie hasn’t had the best start in life and has had a nasty eye injury which has resulted in her only having one eye. She has had a litter of puppies every time she has been in season which is so sad as it must have made life pretty tough for her in a multi dog household. Dottie is fine with cats, dogs and older children. She’s a little timid for noisy younger children and may find this a little overwhelming.

Dottie was carrying puppies when she came into us with only two weeks left to go. The puppies have now been rehomed but Dottie has been continually overlooked which is so sad. She was very shy and withdrawn when she first arrived with our foster Mum’s love we are delighted to say she has come on leaps and bounds.

She’s still a little hesitant when she first meets strangers but soon comes over for a few nervous sniffs and some fuss. Dotty has an adorable little personality. Very affectionate, incredibly sweet with a really lovely temperament. It’s time this wonderful little girl got a break in life and found her forever home where she can be well loved and looked after, enjoying her retirement from constantly producing and mothering puppies.

If you are interested in Dottie please contact her foster Mum, Kate on 07762062007. Kate does have a part time job in addition to being a foster Mum so please bear with her if she can’t answer your call straight away.
