Dougal – 10 year old male Cairn Terrier
Dougal is a 10 year old Cairn Terrier currently in the care of Dogs Trust in Glasgow, he is a real favourite with staff. Dougal oozes charm with the kindest nature. He is truly in need of a special home and is looking for someone who can provide unconditional love and offer him a home, as he is, quirks and all!
Dougal displays some worrying behaviour including attacking his feet, which at times can be upsetting to watch. His new home will have the support of the Dogs Trust staff and behaviourist throughout his life to help him work through his behaviour problems and understand him inside out.
Dougal is a happy chap who adores getting out and about and pottering at his own place round the field at the rehoming centre. He enjoys playing and cuddling up with his kennel mates, and most of all he loves dinnertime! Dougal must have a special home who can keep him entertained, a home knowledgable of the breed would be beneficial but mostly a committed and dedicated forever home is what is most important to him.
Dougal landed on all four paws when his previous family asked Dogs Trust to rehome him, and although he is happy having all the carers fussing over him, it is time that he gets a fresh new start with a loving family.
