Eddie – 4 year old male Dalmatian

Eddie is a 4 year old Dalmatian male who is looking for a new home because his owners felt they couldn’t cope. Having recently bought him from the free adds they were unaware that he was deaf. Eddie is a typical lively and bouncy dally, very active, mentally and physically and extremely intelligent. He has not previously had any basic training but is learning hand signs quickly and with relish.

He loves everyone he meets and is very good with other dogs. He chases cats that run but could live with a dog-confident cat if introduced carefully. He could also live with sensible children. He is very good when off of his lead and has an excellent recall using a vibrating collar, his new owners will need to provide this active lad with at least two hours of off-lead exercise every day.

Eddie has a lovely nature and is extremely affectionate. He just wants to be with you. He is not used to playing with toys and is learning what fun that can be with characteristic relish. He dislikes being left alone and will bark if left for longer than 30mins or so, he is therefore looking for a home where someone is around for most of the day.

His new owners must be prepared for a clever, active dog and have the time and energy to keep him physically and mentally stimulated. This lovely boy deserves nothing but the best! Eddie is looking for a perfect new home, a home where he will be loved and cherished for the rest of his life.
