Eddie is a 1 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross. Handsome Eddie is a sensitive soul looking for a new home. Sadly, his owners long working hours are not compatible with the time and company Eddie wants and needs. Eddie is a sweet boy, he is friendly but can be timid, to begin with. He, therefore, needs a sensible, caring new home, a calm, quiet environment, with someone experienced with settling rescue dogs in. Eddie is a typical young boy, he is active and thoroughly enjoys his walks, he will need an active owner. Once he has had a good run around he is happy to crash out at home and have a good sleep! He sometimes likes to have a mad 20 minutes in the evening, running around playing and then happily dozes off on the couch! He is a very loving and affectionate dog. He enjoys company and will need someone home for the majority of the day.
Sadly, due to the long working hours of his owner, Eddie has developed some separation anxiety. In a new home, with plenty of time and company, Eddie would soon settle down and can be built up slowly to being left. He is not used to living with children and due to his timid nature, we are looking for an adult only, calm, gentle home. He is good with other dogs, but can be boisterous in an attempt to play! He hasn’t lived with another dog before.
Eddie is such a lovely boy, he is a stunning chap with a wonderful personality to match. He will make a loving and entertaining friend.
