Ellie – 2 year old female Greyhound

Ellie is a stunning 2 year old female Greyhound currently in the care of Dogs Trust Glasgow. Although Ellie is still a young dog she has had a tough start to her life. Her previous owner felt she was too nervous to race so asked Dogs Trust to find her a new home. Ellie was adopted and returned to the centre due to no fault of her own and got a wonderful report from her home.

She needs kind, gentle owners who can help Ellie grow confidence every day in a quiet home environment who are understanding about the training she will need to help her blossom. Ellie is a big fan of her creature comforts, loves a cosy bed and getting softly petted.

Ellie thrives off the company of other dogs and would love a home with another dog. If you are a family that could help Ellie build her confidence and understand it will take time for her to settle into her new home, please contact Dogs Trust Glasgow on 0141 773 5130.
