Ellie – 3 year old female Jack Russell Terrier Cross

Ellie is a Jack Russell Terrier Cross aged about 3 years old, she came to us after she was found to be living in unsuitable conditions and being left days at a time with no food or water. Ellie has been with us some time now and has been learning some basic commands. She has been amazing adapting to her new surrounds and takes everything in her stride; she loves people and loves to have a good fuss. She gets on brilliantly with other dogs but can get a little possessive of her toys. She is currently living with 5 other dogs and Ellie would prefer to live with another dog rather than alone. Ellie is best in a cat free home, although she has been fine with a friend’s cat she may chase any that run.

Due to Ellie’s boisterousness we do not advise she lives with young children but she will love older dog aware teenagers to play with. Ellie is use to creates and sleeps in a create at night and also travels in a crate in the car. We dont think Ellie got out much in her previous home so she does pull a little while out walking, we are sure this can be worked on with some training. As we have been unable to spay Ellie this will/must be done by ourselves when she is ready. This is included in the adoption fee. Ellie is being fostered in Nottingham. All our dogs are micro-chipped, neutered and had flea and worming treatment.
