Eska – 2 year old female American Bulldog cross Boxer

Eska is a 2 year old female American Bulldog cross who first came into the rescue as a stray back in February. Eska has not had the best of luck since then, she quickly found a new home but was later returned as she proved too much for her new owners. She is full of love and boundless energy but this is nothing you wouldn’t expect for a young bull breed, especially with such an unstable beginning.

Luckily for Eska she has her own room here at the rescue, as we find bull breeds can really struggle in the kennel environment. However this room was only a short term solution and will be needed for other purposes in January. The last thing we want is for Eska to have to move into a kennel as we feel her behavior will deteriorate making it even harder to find her a home.
So this is where you come in, to help us, help Eska! Let’s get this lovely girl in a home!

Eska is such a beautiful girl who makes us laugh every day, she greets us with a full ‘body wag’ and almost bends herself in half! She loves everyone she meets but can be reactive towards other dogs. Eska is a strong dog who will need an owner capable of walking her, she can be a handful to begin with but soon settles down. She will need an adult only, pet free home with someone around for most of the day.
