Frankie – 1 year old male Lurcher

Frankie is your typical 1 year old male Lurcher . He spends most of his time lazing on the sofa or playing. He adores people and is the first to climb up onto your lap for a cuddle and fuss. He loves going out for a walk with his friends.

However, Frankie is totally deaf. He is a bright lad though and copes remarkably well. I am training him with hand signals and touches and he is picking it up quickly. He can be a bit funny with some male dogs but I am working on that and he is improving. At the moment everything is new to him but in general he is a very laid back lad.

He does need a special home though, ideally with a bitch or two for company. He is fine being left, either with other dogs or on his own, he just curls up and sleeps. He is clean in the house and non destructive (unless you count the odd stuffed toy). He is quick to learn and is eager to please. Once he trusts you he will do anything for you.
