Fudge – 5-6 year old female Pug cross Jack Russell Terrier

Fudge is a Pug cross Jack Russell Terrier and is 5-6 years old (although she acts far more puppyish). She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Fudge is an ex breeding bitch so is understandably timid and needs plenty of socialising. That said, she is a fast learner and desperately wants to be brave. Fudge is dog friendly although nervous when meeting larger dogs outside of the house. She is currently in foster with three small dogs and is respectful of them all. She would love to have another confident playful doggy friend to help her learn in her new home.

Although initially nervous of new people she is improving so fast. She will now have cuddles on the sofa and even gives kisses. She is beginning to get very excited when visitors arrive. Fudge is a lively, happy character and would like an active home that will help with her socialisation and confidence. She is learning basic commands but needs more work on these.

Fudge eats well and is learning to play with toys (no food or toy agression). House training is 90% sorted with only the odd accident as long as she has access to the garden. An ideal home for Fudge would have one or more small dogs, no young children, someone home for the majority of the time, an active owner who will work on her lead walking (currently very good but nervous) and general confidence. Fudge can live with cats.
