George is a 12 month old male Cross-Breed. Lovely playful sociable little George is a light brindle hound boy of medium size. George loves playing with dogs and with people. He is so affectionate and loving. George adores his new foster home as there is lots to see and plenty of room to run around and tire himself out with the other dogs. He also loves to play with a ball, he has a lot of fun running as fast as his little legs will go to catch up with it rolling along the ground.
Georges favourite pastimes are definitely playing and sleeping next to the fire, he is very friendly with everyone he meets and loves to cuddle up with his foster Mum. George and his siblings were dumped at the gates of the Spanish shelter in a big box when they were very small. No sign of Mom or Dad. We think he has some greyhound in him, but is nothing like a greyhound in size, but he does have the lovely greyhound character. George can have a home with other dogs and children.
George does not like cats or other small animals – he will chase them. Foster Report: This is on day two of George arriving with us. He is super, sits for treats going to toilet mostly outside, very friendly with visitors but very timid outside with cars etc. Showered today and looking lovely! Loves running outside on extendable lead. This is after 1 week. Great progress being made and its not even a week he’s been here !
George is out walking out with both of my dogs in fields today and loving it. He is fast and would love being off the lead but I’ll give it a few more days until I let them loose in the enclosed paddock. He is very intelligent and has worked out very quickly where the back door is. We have walked on the road today on the lead and he stays close by. He is very loving and can’t wait to see you in the morning. Current location is in a foster home in Stratford Upon Avon, West Midlands.
