Gianina (Nina) is a corgi-shaped girl with a big smile, who is about 5 years old. If I had to describe her in one word, that word would be ‘happy’. Not excited happy, not attention-seeking or in-your-face happy, just a cheerful, gentle happy. If I didn’t know that she’d spent 4 years in the shelter, I would have said that she has come from a normal home, because she is so well-adjusted.
She was immediately clean in the house, she sleeps quietly downstairs, she wags her tail when you enter a room or speak to her, she loves being stroked and rolls onto her back to have her belly rubbed, she comes when she’s called. She is good with children, cats, hens, and all other dogs she has met. She is now getting used to the lead, and trots along happily, wagging her tail. She really is just perfect in every way!
