Gizmo – 4 year old male Terrier Cross

Gizmo is a lovely little cross breed Terrier who is 4 years old.  He’s similar in size to a Jack Russell and very easy to handle due to his size and temperament.

A volunteer recently walked him and said “He was great on the lead, if he did pull one correction was all it took to have him back at your side again.  He was so grateful to be out of his kennel enjoying the fresh air and it broken my heart to put him back in his kennel again.  A fab little dog who doesn’t deserve to have been without a home for so long.  His tail never stops wagging.”

This poor boy is approx four years old and has been stuck in the kennel system for over a year maybe even as long as two years now after being rescued from death row in the dog pound.  He’s been described by the kennels as “lovely to walk as he always stays within six feet of you” and is really good on the lead.  Gizmo just wants to be with you or around you and enjoys his cuddles as well as his walks.  This poor boy really doesn’t deserve to have been without a home for so long.  Can you help us get him out of the kennel system? It would be so sad if he spent another summer with us stuck in a kennel.  Like many Terriers, he doesn’t like dogs but that is his only negative.
