Gypsy is a 3 year old female Saluki. She came into our care from the inspectors along with another Saluki. Her owner was involved in a road traffic collision and told the police to rehome the dogs. Gypsy is a sweet and sensitive soul who is finding kennel life a bit overwhelming. She appears to be a worrier and can be reserved initially with strangers. She is very gentle and likes nothing more than snuggling up on the sofa for lots of cuddles. She walks very well on the lead and is well behaved although she doesn’t particularly like other dogs. She is also good and calm in the car and seems to travel well.
Gypsy adores human company and attention so is looking for an owner who is around for the majority of the day. She could possibly be rehomed with calm children of secondary school age but is not to be rehomed with other animals.
Gypsy is such a lovely girl and will make a great companion for the right owner.
