Harry – 4 year old male Boxer
Harry is a gorgeous big brindle Boxer boy, he is 4 years old turning 5 on 1 July 2009. He’s a big strong lad, who need a firm hand on the lead. He knows several commands and is pretty obedient. His recall is a bit iffy, and his is quite toy-obsessed! He’s very friendly and kissy (and slobbery) and loves to be scratched on his back.
He can be a bit nervous at meeting new people, but a few treats seem to sort him out. He can be a bit nervous and aggressive on a lead with other dogs, but this can be easily dealt with by training. Off lead with other dogs he is generally ok. I saw him off lead on a walk with my 2 and he was fine, plus we encountered a few other dogs and he was fine with them.
He is being re-homed due to his owners work circumstances. They are working down in London all week and Harry is only getting two walks a week (on a Saturday and Sunday). His owners have had him since a pup and are devastated to re-home him, but realise that it is the best thing for him.
Harry is a cracking dog and will make someone a wonderful pet!!
