Honey – 7 year old female Akita

This is Honey, a beautiful 7 year old Akita girl looking for a new home due to the ill health of her owners. Happy, content and confident, Honey was excited and waggy to meet our assessor, trotting up to the gate to greet her. Incredibly obedient, Honey has a good knowledge of commands, and was happy to sit and lie down when asked. Gentle at taking treats, Honey has not displayed any signs of food guarding, however she is a little overweight and could benefit greatly from a more controlled diet.

Currently living with a Jack Russell, we feel that Honey could potentially live with another dog. Honey does not live with children, she is friendly and curious to meet them out and about. Applications from families with children will be considered, we are awaiting confirmation as to the level of experience that Honey has with children.

Could Honey be the girl for you? Please get in touch for more information!
