Hope is an 8 year old female Cross-Breed. Hope is super super cat friendly!!, in fact she apparently tries to mother them :-). She is a low energy dog, who has a lovely friendly and golden temperament. Originally she came from Romania Hope was rescued following her beating and escape from the dog catchers. They broke her jaw and eye socket during the night time chase and as a result she now has a slight disability in her left eye, her vision is poor and she has little or no blink reflex.
She is between 8 and 9 years old and has a fantastic gentle personality and manner. She is totally clean in the house and has good recall etc without a lead. She will walk with a lead but due to her previous experience with the catchers, she is afraid of restraint so this area may need a bit of work. However she is very willing and learns quickly. She would make a perfect dog for an older couple or single person, she has no problem with being left alone in the house. She is currently being fostered by the rescuers father in law for the summer in Bulgaria, he is 83 years old. She is good with other dogs and cats, and is currently living with both in her foster home.
We will do a home visit and ask you to sign an adoption contract. Our adoption donation is £225. We don’t rehome our dogs to families with children under 10 years old.
