Hope – 8 month old female Springer cross Labrador

Hope is an 8 month Springer cross Labrador, she is the size of a small Labrador. Hope is looking for an active home where she can enjoy life to the full. As a youngster she still has some puppy traits, her favorite being to steal slippers and chew the liners, her second is that she believes she is the andrex puppy and enjoys stealing the toilet rolls and unraveling them around the house! She will happily bring stolen things back when asked and will give them up freely.

Hope enjoys her walks and free run time, she does pull on a lead but will walk to heel when reminded and is always better on her return walks. Her recall is good and will respond to a dog whistle. Hope would be best suited with another dog who will help her flourish. She is good with other dogs when out and in the home and is currently in foster with a sprocker who she adores. She would be best suited with older children as being young she can be a bit bouncy. She has no food or toy aggression and will take treats gently.

Hope arrived into foster with us unfortunately not toilet trained. We have been working on this and things have improved but still does have some accidents in the home. She will need someone at home with her most of the time to continue the toilet training. She is clean when in her crate and can be left for a couple of hours. She settles well in an evening and enjoys cuddles on the sofa.

Due to her age and not yet having her first season Hope is not neutered and will be adopted with a contract to spay. Hope is chipped vaccinated wormed and flead and adoption is subject to meet and greet homecheck and adoption fee. Applications via forms section of website please. Location is in Shrewsbury. Please be aware you will need to travel twice to this location.
