Please meet Jolly Jake! Jake is my really lovable Staffordshire foster puppy. He was found tied to a park bench in the snow, so we have no background info on him. He is 12 weeks old and very playful! at his age Jake is basically a blank canvas, with the correct training he is young enough to adapt to any household! Being a puppy he does like to mouth, and this will need ongoing correction, he has little sharp teeth so needs to be homed with older children. Jake is not a destructive dog considering his age and can be left for short periods of time. His toilet training is on going but he is getting better all the time.
Jake loves to go out for walks and is brilliant on the lead and off it, although his recall is not very good at the moment, but he doesn’t run off and tends to keep quite close to you. Jake shares my home with my Jack Russell Millie and my cat TJ and he is just fine with them both, he can be a bit playful with my cat and would probably chase him if he ran but TJ is very dog savvy and gives Jake a swipe and he backs off. Jake is also living with 2 small children who he sleeps in bed with at night! Jake gives a lot love and deserves the same love back, he loves a cuddle and likes to cuddle up to you on the sofa, and he sleeps lovely at night.
When it is dinner time he sits patiently until it is put in front of him. Jake is absolutely adorable and just a bundle of love and anyone would find it hard not to fall in love with him straight away and he so need a loving forever home. Jake will need a home where there is already a resident dog as it is important he has a play friend! Jake is fully vaccinated and will need to be neutered at 6 months, he is flead and wormed.
