Meet Jake! Jake is a characterful, charming and completely adorable Cross-Breed boy of just 3 years of age. Jake had an unsettled and somewhat tragic start to life, having been abandoned in a pound in northern Spain, but has now been reserved and brought into foster care in the Wirral, UK, where he now safely and happily resides. Jake is adored by his foster family, he is absolutely amazing with children and loves them immensely. He plays along so well with children and we feel it is imperative that Jake is homed to a family with children, because they make him so happy and vice versa! Jake is a very unassuming, submissive and gentle boy, who is great with other dogs and loves to play.

Jake would benefit from some training when it comes to lead walking, this is something he is clearly not used to and will need some help in this area. As Jake has only lived in a domestic environment since coming to foster care in the U.K., it’s amazing that he is completely house trained and very clean. He can be quite excitable due to his new found freedom, and does have a tendency to jump on tables and lose sense of spacial awareness! He is a true character, with an eager desire to learn and an active mind which is fantastic for learning new tricks to gain extra treats!
Jake is a quiet boy who barely barks and has a permanent wagging tail, which is irresistible ! He is completely undemanding yet always happy to accept playtime or cuddle time. Jake is great at travelling in the car. He is very chilled out but he likes to be busy, sniffing around chewing bones, always active but happily creating his own entertainment.
Jake is the most perfect dog and will make a family very very happy. He is microchipped, neutered, up to date with vaccinations and comes with a full passport.
