Jake – 7 year old male American Bulldog
Jake is a painfully thin American Bulldog of around 7 years old. He came to use with a prostate tumour but this has now been removed and he has had test results confirming that it wasn’t malignant and been given the all clear. He is a beautiful dog with lovely colouring (although he has a didrt nose on his photos!).

Surprisingly calm and placid for his size. Apparently his party trick is fetching a stick but then not handing it over! Retriever he is definitely but not too good at giving his ‘prize’ up when he’s returned to you. Jake has such a lovely nature it is sad that as an older dog he’s now living in kennels when he’s clearly fit as a fiddle.

Donations are required and appointments are necessary to ensure the dog is still there.
Mon to Sat 10am – 6pm. Sun 10am – 4pm.
