Jasmine – 8 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Jasmine is an 8 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier who was signed over to RSPCA care as her owner could no longer care for her. Jasmine’s future was uncertain if we hadn’t have stepped in to help. She has been wormed, flead, health checked, vaccinated, micro chipped and spayed. She was in the kennels for a few weeks and was not happy at all but then she went into a foster home and is much happier indeed!
She is a typical Staffordshire Bull Terrier girl in that she is incredibly friendly with people, she’s very much an affectionate loving girl, she has been brought up with children (current ages 4, 14, 18 years) but we are looking for a toddler free home as she can be boisterous at times. Jasmine is generally not good with some dogs or cats so needs to be the only pet, she is also house-trained.

In her previous home she was very much a house dog, so much so that she didn’t get proper daily walks, which meant she wasn’t used to the lead and used to pull a bit and had a tendency to bite it, but with training and time she’s got over the worst of it.

We are looking for an experienced home, someone with understanding, time and patience to help with settling her into a new home with a garden where she can play, she absolutely loves running, especially with toys in her mouth and human companionship is what she adores!
She has a glowing report from her fosterers who have done a great job with Jasmine, she’s lost weight through all the running and long walks. She loves to give you sloppy kisses and sit on your lap. She loves playing with her toys and will sit patiently for her meals. She’s walked on a flexi and harness as she’s happier with this. Jasmine really is an affectionate and loving dog. She likes nothing better than being in your company. She is a very loyal dog, and really will make someone a great companion.
“Please don’t let age put you off, you wouldn’t think she was 8 years old, she has the stamina of a very young dog, full of beans and she has a good few years ahead of her yet!” Over 3 months on and Jasmine is still waiting for the right person to come along, are you the one who can provide her with that forever home she so desperately needs?
