Jazz – 16 week old male Pointer

Beautiful Jazz was rescued in Spain at approximately 7 weeks old. He was  bred by a hunter and was given up because he was not perfect. Basically his tail has a kink it in so he was thrown out like the trash. Lucky for this little man a lovely lady took him into her home and he was fostered – he lived with other dogs and cats until he was older enough to travel to UK. Jazz was reserved to a lovely family once he arrived but because of tragic circumstances he can no longer join them so instead of joining his lovely new family he has gone into an equally loving foster home. We now need to find him his forever family of his very own.

He is living in a family foster home with older children and another dog – this boy adores the children and we would love him to find a family home with older children – he does not necessarily have to live with another dog unless it was a gentle dog as he can be a bit of wuss bless him and does not really like the rough and tumble. He is not 100% house trained but is improving. Off the lead its a bit of work in progress he loves running around over the fields like a bouncing kangaroo but not always keen to come back when he should. He is still only a baby and once he has had his run he loves snuggling up with the kids – he even sleeps with them so that is why our ideal home would be with kids.

Whoever has this lovely boy must be prepared to take him dog training one day he will be a big bouncy strong boy – we would like people who have had experience of gun breeds and understand them – he will need lots of excercise as he grows – no full time workers, he can be left and we have used a crate – which he is not madly keen on but we are not sure how safe everything will be upon return although he has not been a great chewer although he loves his toys and teddy bears.

Below is a video of Jazz playing with some friends. He is fully vaccinated, has his own Pet Passport, chipped – as part of the adoption agreement you will agree to neuter him when older enough.
