Jessie, 4 year old French Bulldog. Jessie is a typical Frenchie, full of fun, and affection at high speed. She was born in May 2014. She is needing a new forever home. Jessie is a happy and healthy girl. We have had her soft palette reduced, which has sorted out her noisy breathing, gasping and gagging when she gets very excited.
Jessie absolutely adores people, and is super friendly, affectionate and playful. She loves children, but although small, she is built like a mini tank, and could easily knock small children over in her enthusiasm to distribute kisses, or mop up food covered fingers and faces. She walks well on a lead, and has a reasonable recall, though it does need a bit more work to speed up her response. She is house trained. Not generally destructive bar the occasionally teddy bear.
Jessie loves the car and is a good traveler. She mixes well with most other dogs, except for the occaisionnal female, especially her own breed, for some reason she isn’t at all keen on other Frenchie bitches. So a home as an only dog or with larger males is preferred. Jessie is at the Sanctuary, near Kidwelly, South Wales, whilst waiting for a forever home.
