Jimmy is a 2 year old male Jura Hound Cross. Jimmy is a rescue from Cyprus who is now in a foster home in Swindon and would love to find his very own forever home. Here is a little about him from his foster mum. “Jimmy is a very handsome and lovable guy. He looks like a small Doberman and is very cute. He just loves cuddles and loves being close to his human for protection. He plays well with his toys by himself, and loves the garden and adores running in the secure field. His recall is improving by the day but it would be best not to let him off lead until he is completely relaxed and happy in his new home and environment. Jimmy would benefit from ongoing training and support to help reassure him. Possibly joining a local training class.
All in all Jimmy is a wonderful young dog who is very eager to please. He is very intelligent and already copying my dogs by sitting nicely when it’s dinner time. He would be good as an only dog but also is happy in a household with other dogs as long as they are not too rough with him, as he prefers soft play. Jimmy is terrific with people. He loves to bounce and have fun so may knock small kids over in his enjoyment of his new life. He won’t chase cats and tends to run away from them. He is clean in the house, we have not crate trained him. He sleeps well all night.”
Jimmy is hoping for an active home as he has boundless energy and just enjoys living life! He is very eager to learn and to please his human. He is now ready to find his forever home.
