Johnny is a medium to large size German Shepherd Cross of around 7 years old. He was rescued back in 2013 from an over crowded public shelter where he clambered over many dogs to get to his rescuer for that all important piece of attention he rarely or never had, his actions won his ticket to freedom and he was pulled out of hell and taken to the doggie pension where he was safe but it still wasn’t ideal. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with heart worm and had to stay at the pension until his treatment was complete. Johnny has now completely recovered and the heart worm and treatment has no detrimental effect to his health what so ever.
Johnny is a happy, healthy lump of love who adores everyone and everything. He is adorable and I love him already. He is one of the most laid back dogs I’ve had the privilege to foster. His temperament is perfect and he will suit most families. He’s clean in the house, he walks well on a lead and his recall in the garden is excellent, he travels well and he gets on brilliantly with all six dogs in his foster home, even the bossy one who he just ignores and walks away. He’s such a happy boy and he is so grateful for being here.
If you can open your heart and home to Johnny he will repay you a zillion times over. He’s perfect and so lovable.
