Julie – 5 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier

The owner contacted an RSPCA Inspector for help in rehoming his 8 dogs including 5 puppies due to disabilities he just could not give them what they needed. Julie has come in with Kenzo and Kye also up for rehoming. She has been wormed/flead, neutered, vaccinated incl KC and micro-chipped. Julie had an operation whilst in the kennels for a dislocated knee but she has now been signed off by the vet.

Julie will make a lovely companion, she has been brought up with children but she’d prefer to be on her own so she gets all the attention! She is a typical Staffordshire Bull Terrier girl who simply loves people, she LOVES cuddles! She is fine with other dogs and can’t be rehomed with cats. She is excitable but in a friendly and loveable way. Julie needs a home where someone is around a lot but should be okay being left for a few hours. She had infections in both ears, something she’d had for a long time without treatment, she has now been treated and is fine, it may be something that recurs in the future and must be treated with drops from the vet.

Julie loves to play with toys and run her little legs off while carrying footballs! Oh and she loves water! Her world has been turned upside down through no fault of her own and it’d be a tragedy if she spends longer than necessary in kennels when she is such a lovely dog.
