This stunner is Kaiser an 18 month old male Akita that was saved from death row at a North East pound after he was found straying and nobody claimed him. Kaiser is an outgoing and confident boy who enjoys a good fuss. He walks well on the lead and does listen to commands, he will sit for his dinner and offer a paw. Kaiser does enjoy being around people but he has been clean in his kennel and is not destructive, when his carer returns home he is always stood at the front of his kennel with a soft toy in his mouth, wagging his tail in a greeting.
It is possible that Kaiser could live with a female dog companion after successful introductions but she would need to be a calm and submissive dog as Kaiser does like to be in charge. As Kaiser is a stray with no history we cannot place him in a home with children under 12 years of age, homes with older large breed aware children will be considered. Kaiser is not cat tested.
Kaiser is now neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, all he needs now is his loving forever home.
If you think that Kaiser is the one for you then we would love to hear from you. Kaiser is currently in Northumberland.
