Kaiser – 2 year old male Akita
Meet Kaiser, a sweet 2 year old Akita dog looking for a new home following the sad death of his owner. Currently residing with FOA, Kaiser has proven to be a very sweet boy from the start, when he nearly knocked our assessor over he was leaning in so much for a cuddle and a scratch! Responsive to commands and eager to please, Kaiser is keen to show off his training and is very motivated by treats. Whilst Kaiser is strong on the lead, our assessor feels confident that this could be easily rectified with the use of a head collar and some training.
Kaiser has lived with children of varying ages; however we feel that he would be suited best to a family with children no younger than ten years old. Currently lacking in socialisation with other dogs, it is difficult to determine Kaiser’s suitability to live with another, however this is something that will be further observed as we get to know him better!
