Keesha – 2 year old female Japanese Akita

This is Keesha, a pretty 2 year old Japanese Akita girl placed by the FOA Trust (UK) last year, following her rescue from a death-row pound in Ireland. Currently living in Lanarkshire with two children, another dog and cats, Keesha has a lovely personality, and has come a long way from the nervous girl she was in the pound. Unfortunately, Keesha is an escape artist who has mastered opening doors and windows, scaling high fences to escape.

Her current owner is struggling to cope with this behavior, and feels that a new home would be more suitable all round. Keesha’s new owner must have an entirely secure garden, with high fencing / walling, combined with the time and ability to take her for lots of long walks to tire her out! Can you give Keesha what she needs? Please get in touch.
