King – 5 year old male Greyhound
King is a 5 year old Greyhound. He is an ex-racing dog who was handed over to us when his racing life came to an end. Sadly some of his kennel mates were not so lucky and were put to sleep before we could reach them, so we are glad we were able to save King and his friend Teaser.
King is a big lad whose favourite pastime is kissing! He loves to plant kisses on the nose of the nearest person, and he is ecstatic if he gets a cuddle back from the person in return!
Of course King has only ever known life in a racing kennel, but has settled in well with us, and is a very clean boy in his kennel. He has a lovely sunny nature, and really is a gorgeous dog. He even looks like he is smiling for the camera here doesn’t he?!
