Kye – 9 year old male Border Collie

Kye is a gorgeous 9 year old Border Collie currently in the care of the Dogs Trust in Glasgow. He is looking for a loving and stable home to live many more happy years. Don’t be fooled by his age, it is only a number to Kye who is still a big pup at heart! He is a loving and loyal dog, who adores his owners and lives to be fussed over and cuddled. He is a wonderful, affectionate companion dog who will show you so much love as thanks for giving him his home for life.

Kye is seeking a loving home that can help him build his confidence back up. Understandably he has found coming into kennels a very unsettling environment, and as a result of this has developed some worries whilst out in the home. He can be concerned by loud noises, fireworks (like so may of his doggy friends!) and new and busy situations. He seeks a quiet life in a stable household with a lot of love in their hearts. Sadly for this lovely boy, due to his previous owners no longer being able to care for him, he has been in and out of a few homes.

He deserves a family who can understand why he has these worries and help him, with time, overcome them. He enjoys the company of other dogs but can worry over introductions so needs sensible handling to help him build confidence. Kye enjoys afternoon snoozes is perfectly housetrained and happy to rest alone in the house while you are out at work.

He is a big cuddly chap who loves to sit beside you and roll over for tummy rubs. Could you be his perfect home?
