Lalo and Paulina are 2 and 4 year old Ratonero Bodeguero Andaluz looking for a home together in the UK. Lalo and Paulina are a Spanish Terrier breed, traditionally used to hunt mice and rats between the barrels in wineries in Andalusia. They are a good-natured breed, similar in appearance to a Jack Russell Terrier but calmer in temperament. Lalo and Paulina are mother and son and are very close to we are looking to home them together. Unfortunately their owner recently died very young and they had nowhere else to go.
Paulina was born in 2014 and weighs 8.5kg. She is a very active dog, very affectionate with people and gets on well with both male and female dogs. She can be territorial of her space i.e behind a fence in a house, but otherwise is fine. She did have a hernia but this was corrected when she was spayed. She walks very well on her lead.
Lalo is a small dog of 8kg, born in 2016. He can be shy at first but very affectionate and gets on well with people, children and male and female dogs. He also loves food! He has a cataract in one eye but the vet advises that there are probably other structural problems with the eye so removing the cataract wouldn’t enable him to see through it anyway. Like Paulina, he walks well on the lead.
