Lennox – 2 year old male Jack Russell Terrier
Lennox is a 2 year old male Jack Russell Terrier. He was brought to us as his owners where moving home and unfortunately could not take Lennox with them. We where told Lennox is good with children as there where children in the family that he got along with brilliantly. Lennox is a happy little chap who would make a great family dog and could be rehomed with children aged 6 and above. He does not show any signs of aggression while being touched or playing.
Once he is out on the lead he seems more confident and really enjoys going the park. He has been great with every dog he has met and seems to be rather submissive. Lennox would make a wonderful family dog once he settles in. Lennox is very unhappy in kennels and can’t understand where his owners have gone and why his world has turned upside down.
Lennox would be best as the only dog, or homed with a patient dog as he will constantly try to play and mount. This should calm down once Lennox is castrated, which is part of Animal Aid’s policy. We would prefer for this to be carried out in the new home as the kennel environment is very cold and stressful at this time of the year. Arrangements for this can be discussed further.
