Lexi a very beautiful 6 1/2 year old Collie girl with a lovely nature, fantastic temperament and a kind gentle sole. She is a good all rounder and would make someone a very loveable companion and not be any trouble at all. Poor Lexi has found herself in rescue through such sad circumstances and feels a little lost at the moment and need of a little bit of comfort. Her elderly owner, who must have loved her and treated her very well unfortunately died and there were no family members to take her in. She has endured hardship of a cold concrete kennel, all alone with no loving hand to stroke her and give her the love and affection which she had received from her previous owner. However, all this hopefully will change for the better now, as Lexi has moved on from that situation and gone into foster care with a loving foster family and another much younger dog who she is showing the ropes to. She has had a good groom, some lovely nourishing tasty food, and above all some tender loving care and cuddles to show her she is once again loved.
Lexi would love a forever home now with no more upset. She will require a walk every day for exercise and stimulation and a comfy bed to lie in to snooze. Above all she would love a hand to stroke that beautiful head of hers and to tell her she is loved. Lexi is house trained, travels well in the car and sleeps well at night. Lexi does not want to share her life with a cat though. Lexi is vaccinated and micro-chipped. We are not sure whether Lexi is spayed. As part of the adoption agreement, Lexi can be re-homed but we will spay Lexi at our vets if she ever comes into season at our expense and arrangements for this will be made by us.
We are looking to re-home Lexi in the North London J26 of M25 area or neighboring counties as a home check will be done and because of the neutering agreement.
