Lily – 12 week old female Rough Collie cross Collie
Meet Lily a 12 week old Rough Collie cross Collie. She was rescued from Ireland after being found in the breeders back yard with no shelter, in the cold and rain. She was very ill and at deaths door, but thanks to the rescue who admitted her into their care she survived.
She is very sociable with other animals, but cannot be homed with children under 10 years old. Because she was starved at the beginning of her life, she does have a degree of food aggression with other dogs (not people) and we are working hard to rectify this. New owners should expect to carry this training on after adoption and advice will be given.
She will have a long coat, so coat care needs to be considered. She will require regular grooming throughout her life. She is fully vaccinated, wormed, defleaed and microchipped. She must be neutered at 5 months old as part of the adoption agreement. A set adoption fee is applicable.
