Lizzie – 11 year old female Lurcher
Lizzie is a gorgeous little 11 year old Lurcher girl who has made her way to us after her family home of many years sadly fell apart. Her owners are devestated but wanted Lizzie to have the chance of finding loving owners again so have trusted GRWE to find her just that.
Lizzie is 11 years but definately not an old girl – she loves her walks and likes to be doing. Lizzie is currently enjoying a comfy foster home with several other dogs but Lizzie did live as the only dog for many years also and she is happy with her own company and routines.
Lizzie has never lived or really mixed with children so an adult only home will suit her best. Can you bring this little lady some love in her golden years?
**SPRING FOSTER UPDATE **
We have got to know Lizzie more over the past few weeks and have grown to love having an older girl around. She loves as many walks as you can give her, short and long. Lizzie enjoys chasing a ball in the garden, running round with my dogs and then curling up next to you on the sofa or sneeking under the duvet if she gets cold in the night!
Lizzie adores my husband and would love to have a male owner around her, she jumps up at him when he comes home and is his shadow for the rest of the day. I still feel no children as she is dominant with food and where she chooses to sleep.
A lovely girl looking for a special home.
