Lois is a one-year old Shih Tzu and Robyn is an 8-month old Maltese cross Yorkshire Terrier, being fostered in Stourbridge, Midlands. They are very affectionate and well-adjusted little girls who always get very excited when you enter the room. They are both mega cuddle monsters and would happily have fuss 24/7. They love being brushed and groomed and generally treated like princesses. Lois and Robyn are great with all humans young and old although probably not very young children. Robyn only weighs 1.9kg so will need humans to be aware of her small size.
Lois and Robyn are great with other dogs and can live as a pair or where there is already a resident dog. Robyn is not interested in cats but Lois will chase them if they run so we advise no cats! Lois and Robyn can be left happily for up to 2.5 hours. They are not destructive at all other than Robyn liking to shred tissues! Housetraining is a work in progress so patience will be required. They are both still puppies so their adopter will need to remember this. They are walked using a lead and harness, they both love their walks. Robyn is not always as keen as Lois and sometimes prefers to stay at home. Although happy to be left for a couple of hours we think Lois and Robyn would prefer someone around a lot of the time simply because they love human interaction.
Lois and Robyn are neutered, chipped, vaccinated and up to date with their flea and worming treatment. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet them in their foster home in Stourbridge, Midlands
If you are interested in adopting Lois and Robyn please read about our rehoming process and complete a Pre-Adoption form ( link here ) and one of our adoption coordinators will contact you for a chat.
